i feel unfinished, a tattered rough draft of a life i haven't yet been able to identify as my own. i don't know what kind of story i'm telling; the plot wanders aimlessly in every direction. a faint idea of how this should all end lingers in the back of my mind, but an ocean of blank pages separates me from my happy ending. i don't know what i'm going to do or how i'll navigate my way to a satisfying conclusion. my writer's block looks more and more like a great wall with each passing day. I wonder if this feeling of confusion and isolation is all I'll have to share. I wait in vain for someone to come and rescue me from the reality i've created for myself. I reread and relive past chapters, familiarizing myself with the experiences and musings that have come to define me. i have a sense of where i should be, but i still remain lost.

i just want the last page to end with an honest and true smile across my face. Knowing that I was able to direct myself to a full and satisfying conclusion will make the turbulent moments all worth it.

in the meantime, my friends and i like to document the more fucked up moments in our life. namely, our sunday morning faces.
